Acoustic regulating at Koldinghus

For the old castle, Koldinghus, we helped regulate room acoustics in exhibition- and event spaces.

The projects include informative exhibition panels and historical drawings, all printed on sounds absorbing felt.

The images and descriptive text, are made by Kongernes Samling, and have been printed on our lightweight, sound absorbing felt.

The material

The felt is made from PET, of which a significant portion is recycled. With the felt being resistant to aging and fire according to DIN-4102, it is suitable for spaces with various activities. 

The material composition gives us a light weight felt, that allows the panels to hang seamlessly from the ceiling, while making it possible to print both high levels of detail and deep colors.
